Boulder-area Solar Companies Wary of 'Community Solar Gardens' Bill

Yesterday I wrote a bit about the solar garden phenomenon. Personally, I see it as a positive development for the solar industry, as well as communities in Colorado. However, there are some in the Colorado solar industry that think the solar garden bill introduced in the legislature today needs a few tweaks before it goes prime time.
